Eclectic Corner
Eclectic Corner is my award-winning radio show that can currently be found on Spotify.
On each episode, I play songs from all genres of music, ranging from the 1950s to the present, all connected by a common theme.
During the pandemic, Eclectic Corner spent some time off the air and I began using its social media accounts to post additional content, such as playlists and album-of-the-week write-ups. Now that new episodes are being created and released to Spotify, similar content is continuing to be posted along with information about new episodes.
I hope to continue growing this show, and I hope you’ll give it a listen!
Eclectic Corner began as a project for an audio production course at Arkansas State University, airing on its award-winning, student-run online station, Red Wolf Radio. During that time, I produced 16 episodes of the program. I was also lucky enough to be able to interview a band for the show, and Eclectic Corner won Best Specialty Music Show from the Arkansas College Media Association in 2020 and was nominated for Best Specialty Show from the Intercollegiate Broadcast System in 2021.
My time spent on Red Wolf Radio was remarkable, and I’m so grateful to everyone at Red Wolf Radio who supported me and the show (particularly Mr. Larz Roberts!).
